You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information if any details change. pkr99 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr99 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify pkr99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pkr99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkr99 Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pkr99 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. You access the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
pkr99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered players. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request, and in any event prior to processing your first withdrawal:

Transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or, where applicable, USDT. All PKR amounts referenced in these Terms are illustrative; actual minimums and limits are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal method matching the deposit method where operationally required; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied in full; and (d) pkr99's AML/compliance review where a transaction is flagged by automated systems. pkr99 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible, but cannot guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no player-initiated login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pkr99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee as notified to the player prior to deduction, and to close accounts with zero balance following appropriate notice.

Odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at pkr99's discretion during play. In the event of an event abandonment, void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
